Meet Our Staff:
Harvey Rosbrugh, CPA
Harvey is a graduate of San Jose State University and began his public accounting career in 1972 with Grant Thornton (formerly Alexander Grant & Co). Harvey was a staff accountant who provided tax, accounting and auditing services to clients. He quickly worked his way up and became an audit partner in 1980. Harvey was responsible for overseeing engagements that included audits for Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties as well as the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.
In 1983 Harvey started providing accounting and tax services on his own. And then in 1985, he formed Rosbrugh Accountancy Corporation.
Harvey has extensive experience in the areas of taxation, accounting, auditing, management consulting, litigation support and forensic accounting. Over the years he has provided expert testimony to the Superior Court of the County of Santa Clara in connection with criminal, civil, and domestic cases. He’s also taught continuing education course for the California Education Foundation.
When Harvey isn’t working, he can’t get enough of his four grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
Daniel Rosbrugh, CPA
Dan is a graduate of Santa Clara University and began his public accounting career in 1998 with Burr, Pilger & Mayer (Palo Alto). He focused primarily on the preparation of personal financial statements and income tax returns for high net worth individuals as well as preparation of returns for exempt organizations. He thoroughly enjoyed participating in the firm’s annual college recruitment efforts.
Dan joined Rosbrugh Accountancy Corporation at the end of 2000 and specializes in individual and business income tax return preparation. In addition to providing tax services for most entity types, Dan provides audit, review, compilation and bookkeeping services. He also works with exempt organizations to correct their accounting and tax records to reduce IRS penalties and preserve tax exempt status. He’s saved individual clients hundreds of thousands of dollars by representing them before the IRS during the Offer in Compromise process.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, golfing and backpacking/hiking.
Alicia Santillan, CPA
Alicia is a licensed CPA and a graduate of San Jose State University with both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation. She began her accounting career in 1998 with a local CPA firm in Los Gatos California.
Alicia joined Rosbrugh Accountancy Corporation in 2007 and provides review, compilation and bookkeeping services. In addition, she provides a variety of tax services for individuals and businesses. She enjoys the opportunity of meeting the needs of each client and growing client relationships through personal attention.
Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, movie watching and is an avid San Jose hockey fan. She loves cheering for her kids who play in hockey, gymnastics and swimming.
Antonette is a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She started working for the firm in 1994, took a ten year break to raise her children, and then came back to work in 2008. Antonette provides bookkeeping, accounting and income tax return preparation services for a wide variety of businesses and individuals. She also prepares payroll and sales/use tax returns for clients.
When not in the office, Antonette likes to spend time with her family and walking with her German Shepherd, Zeus.
Elaine began her public accounting career in 1979. She joined the firm in 2014 and provides a wide variety of accounting and tax services to clients. She enjoys working directly with business and individuals to plan tax strategies, prepare income tax returns and prepare compiled financial statements. Elaine also prepares most of the exempt organization informational returns in the office.
In her free time, Elaine likes to spend time with her three daughters and boyfriend and attend sporting events.
